Interesting facts about GEKA® Theory meets practice: Development Our name not only stands for the tried-and-tested GEKA® plus quick coupling and many other products, but also for future-oriented product management and a top-performing development department. Here our engineers are constantly researching and developing new and better solutions for fittings and accessories. The result is numerous patented innovations. Our development department also deals with your individual ideas. Because we use modern 3D technology and rapid prototyping, we can also optimally implement customer-specific developments. Whatever we do in terms of development: We attach special importance to premium product quality, simple handling and exclusive design. Even the best products can still be improved: Quality assurance Our decades of experience is reflected not only in a broad and clever product range, but also in the well-known high GEKA® quality. Because here quality assurance does not start after production, but long before then. From the initial design drawing we design our products to be as endurable and safe as possible. They are repeatedly subject to extreme hardness and endurance tests - in the end they should easily withstand extreme pressure and tension as well as extreme heat and coldness. This creates a manufacturing quality fit for all generations. In addition, we check the product quality after each production stage, at the incoming goods inspection and at the initial sample inspection. A thorough check is also carried out in the event of a complaint. However, this is extremely rarely the case, as more than 99.99 % of our products are error-free. Therefore, we can firmly say: GEKA® lasts. 14 GEKA® Main Catalogue
