What makes them special: GEKA quick couplings have no mating parts: two claw couplings can always be connected directly to one another. You can even connect hoses of different diameters – the coupling is always the same; only the Grommet is selected to match the hose size. This makes the system extremely flexible.
Every GEKA quick coupling has two symmetrically arranged claws, which you can simply rotate tool-free via a knob during the coupling process. This presses the internal sealing rings together, ensuring the connection remains tight.

GEKA quick couplings, also known as claw couplings, are designed for the quick and easy connection of hoses, fittings or equipment. They are used in gardening, agriculture, industry, vehicle and container manufacturing, as well as in professional gardening and landscaping.
GEKA quick couplings are symmetrical and can be connected to one another in any configuration – without the need for a specific mating part. Coupling is carried out by hand without the need for tools, and is particularly quick and leak-proof. Furthermore, hoses of different sizes can be connected to one another.
GEKA plus couplings offer higher operating pressures of up to 40 bar, are easier to connect and are made from high-quality brass with a reduced lead content. Both systems are fully compatible.
Yes. GEKA plus K quick couplings are DVGW-certified and meet all the requirements of the Drinking Water Ordinance. They are fitted with special, tested seals and are clearly marked by a blue sealing ring.
The couplings are largely low-maintenance. Only the sealing rings need to be replaced when necessary. Suitable O-rings, flat gaskets and dirt strainers are available as spare parts and are easy to fit.
Most are made of brass. There are also versions made of stainless steel (high corrosion resistance, e.g. for the food and chemical industries) and plastic (polyamide) where low weight is a key consideration.
GEKA couplings are mainly made of brass, a large proportion of which is produced from recycled material and is fully recyclable. They are also durable and robust – often, simply replacing the seal is enough rather than buying a new one.
Yes, GEKA plus SH couplings are suitable for suction applications and high pressures of up to 50 bar. They feature a retaining ring that prevents accidental disconnection – ideal for demanding applications.
